I complain about not eating well..I should just do it and quit my whining.  My biggest weakness is snacking at night. And it starts the night before at about 9-9:30.  I'm generally making either a big salad and a couple of sandwiches for the next day or trying to put something together from the leftovers from dinner.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;It's up in the AM to make a smoothie before swimming and/or some oatmeal for after the pool workout.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;It definitely takes some planning, and I'm usually at SE about 30 or so hours each week, and I've worked 40+ before in the corporate world.
