I have not historically 'made' New Year's resolutions. I know a few things that I'd like to do, but haven't really put them down. So, after what I deem a successful 2008, here's a list of pseudo-resolutions...mostly tri related of course:
"Surf" less
Read More (in general)
Stay in touch with close friends
Relax more
"Strength" train at least 1x weekly except race weeks
Eat less sugar and refined foods and eat out less
Keep my bike clean
Sprint more
Procrastinate less
Sleep more
Use re-usable grocery bags more often
Eat more locally
Do 4 free tri clinics
Thank my sponsors more often
